Tech-Diving 2006 – the dive event of the year in northern Europe!
This fall, on November 25-26, the diving club at The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH DK), will arrange the seminar Tech-Diving 2006 in Stockholm, Sweden.
This seminar will be the third in the successful series consisting of Tech-Diving '94 and Tech-Diving 2000. In the year 2000 the interest was greater than ever expected. More than 250 persons attended the seminar, which was a tremendous success.
This year the speakers are the best of the best: Mark Andrews, world record holder in deep wreck diving. Dr Alf Brubakk, one of the foremost in the area of Deco and Helium Theories. Dr Reinhard Buchaly, one of the key divers of EKPP and developer of the RB 80. Bernie Chowdhury, best selling author of "The Last Dive". Dr Mark Dougherty, one of the authors of "Norhtern Sump Index", the bible of cave diving in the UK. Tom Mount, legendary diver and CEO of IANTD. Don Shirley, the organizer many expeditions, among them the dive to The Boesmangat Cave. Michael Waldbrenner, one of the key divers of European Karst Plain Project. Dr Bruce Wienke, the developer of the Reduced Gradient Bubble Model (RGBM). They have all said YES! On top of this Dr Fred Hocker, marine archaeologist and director of the Vasa Research is the moderator of the seminar.
In direct connection with the seminar there will be an exhibition area where manufacturers and diving organisations present and display their most advanced products and offers. Please notice that this is not an exhibition where retailers will try to sell as much equipment as they can. This exhibition will give you a unique opportunity to exhibit your organisation to a large and qualified audience of technical divers, instructors, dive shop owners etc.
The exhibition package includes the following:
• 10 m2 (110 sq feet) of exhibition area just outside the main auditorium
• Two seminar tickets, lunch included (worth 2 900 SEK/€320)
• Optional seminar dinner party with the speakers on Saturday 25th (250 SEK/€27)
• Promotion of your trademark according to the Silver package on next page
Price: 10 000 SEK (€ 1 110)
