First of all check the Forum FAQ if it is a forum related question, you will be amazed how many answers you can find there already.

As for the rest of the website we started a FAQ (you find it in Menu - Resources - FAQ). You can place your questions there / look for answers in the existing part. We will continuously expand the FAQ as we see problems arise repeatedly.
