Cochran Undersea Technology products are quickly becoming the favorites of the US Navy, as evidenced by the recent addition of the Cochran EOD Depth Gauge to the US NAVY "Authorized for Navy Use" list of products.

The EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) depth gauge joins the Cochran Navy Dive Computers NSW II and NSW III in receiving "approved for Navy use" rating. There are no other dive computers on this list, and no other EOD depth gauges. The EOD unit was designed, manufactured, and tested by Cochran, then tested again by the US Navy to have an extremely low magnetic signature.

All Cochran products, both military and civilian models, are designed and manufactured in the USA. Company President Mike Cochran said "We're making the most powerful and most reliable dive computers and gauges available, at our factory in Texas. Our products have always been of high quality, but now we offer a civilian or "sport" model of each product that we make for the US Military."
