i know it will spark a heated discussion about online training pro and con, anyway here it is. any opinions on it??

well its not like there is a virtual pool or open water dive Laughing. and actually the students are stil with an instructor just not at the physically same location. i actually do this classes also (not my preferred way yet - but i get used to it) and still do "classroom stuff" online using trillian and video conferencing - jeez, after all we have the 21st century. i personally think the online version of sdi/tdi beats padi's - but i guess thats a personal opinion and as much open to arguments as online classes in general. you can do your ba, mba and even dr online - so whats the big deal about (comparably) lowlevel knowledge transfer for the recreational sector. i hope we actually are able to get some input of ppl that took the online class version at the "user" end to get a new angle into this topic - it is as old as online classes Laughing

Well my opinion is.........The old way is the best way!! Wink I guess soon the student will be able to print his own licence?
